This is by far the best eye cream I have had. At 61 y.old it really does help with puffiness and discolouring around the eye area. I highly recommend it. I loved it so much that I purchased a 2nd bottle after I had finished the 1st bottle I had purchased. Love the tingling feeling it provides after the application. The amount in the bottle goes a long way. Definitely a great purchase.

I ordered the Peptide Eye Cream after reading a glowing review. However on the two occasions when I used it, I experienced burning sensations to my eyes. I contacted Habituals and was told to return the eye cream which I sent back via recorded delivery costing £4.59 in case the package got lost and also as proof that the package containing the eye cream had been sent. I myself had to chase for feedback and have been told that the cost of the eye cream will be refunded, nut not the cost of the package. I am not quibbling about £4.59, but the principle here is that the onus is on the consumer to send in the faulty goods in order to receive a refund. Had I not sent the eye cream back by recorded delivery and if the package had been lost, then there would have been no evidence of its return. Not happy at all either with the product and the fact that I've had to incur additional expense returning an inferior product which was quite expensive in the first place. Lesson learnt, I won't be buying your products again!

I recently tried the eye cream and found it to be pleasant to apply. However, I was disappointed with the pump functionality. The pump was and still is stiff, and when I managed to get it to work, it dispensed way too much product, leading to wastage. Overall, the pump function left me unsatisfied with the product.

It doesn't work I've used less than half and it's made no difference. My right eye swelled up under my eye and after seeing an eye specialist surgeon she had to put me on penicillin. So I stopped using it and will not use it again. Your claims of what it does is not true and grossly over exaggerated and for the money you charge is a disgrace. I would be be interested to hear your comments but like most companies in the UK you probably won't reply

I had to stop using this product after 2 1/2 days because it made the skin on my lower lids dry out to the point of having a crepe-like look to the skin. I bought 2 bottles as a first time customer. Have written 4 times, absolutely no response so I guess now I have the hassle of going through the BBB.

Love the product, but there was a delay in delivery. I had to chase up via email, I wasn't very happy with the response. I had no idea there going to be a mandatory compliance check for HMRC, there was no notice given when I placed the order, I was advised 3 - 5 days for delivery, but it was more than 2 weeks!! Rubbish service.

A very gentle eye cream, really important for me as I suffer with allergies and eczema. I was concerned about the price but I think it's going to last a long time as you need only a tiny amount. It's too early to say whether it has had a positive effect on my eyes, particularly the puffiness under my eyes.

The design of the pump is terrible, when I pump out the cream it shoots up my hand instead of dispensing a nice pea sized amount on the end of my finger.

Product was hydrating on the eye but I didn’t see reduced puffiness or less fine lines after several months of using. The pump is very difficult to control the amount that comes out. I ended up pumping a small amount at a time into a mini cream container and used from there. Definitely helped to not waste the pricey eye cream.

Very happy with my eye cream, a small bottle lasts me over 6 months using twice a day. Its great for smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. Sometimes the amount I want to use comes out too much from the bottle so I put a small amount into a small round make up jar (the type used for eyeshadow) and find it lasts even longer.

It’s a lovely eye cream, easy to apply and I think it does make a difference. Crows feet aren’t so visible and it feels like it does brighten the eye area. It’s a good 30ml bottle so I suppose you’re getting double of the usual eye cream size tube, so don’t let the price put you off so much.

I’ve not noticed any difference to using this eye cream to my usual eye cream which costs a fraction of the price. It tells you to put on a pea sized amount but one pump action squirts out far too much product and there is no means to get out a smaller amount. This results in using up the product much quicker than you should.

I bought it and after a patch trial, I began using it however I had to stop after 4 days as it was reacting with my skin. I blame my skin, not necessarily the product. However my disappointment lies with the return. Despite numerous emails, I have not been able to return the product and get a refund as promised.

The lotion is very light and nice to use, but I have to say after 4 weeks use am & pm I can't say I'm noticing any difference under my eyes - still got bags, dark circles and wrinkles - however I accept I'm 60yrs old so maybe I'm expecting too much. I like this eye cream, the skin around my eye area definitely feels a lot more moisturised. I suffer from dry eyes and need daily eyedrops, before all eye creams really stung so I couldn't really use anything. I have not had any issues with this cream. I think my fine lines around the eyes have reduced somewhat, my eye area certainly looks more radiant and less tired.

I've been using the product for about a month and here is my expireince so far.
1st-My product got stolen, but when I contacted customer support it got replaced in a matter of 2 days!
2nd-You really do get a lot for such price for a month I've used maybe about 1/3 of the product while applying 27/30 days 2 times a day.
3rd-It feels really light on the eyes and helped my eyes feel normal again, since I felt the under-erea a bit heavy some times and got a bit of discomfort.
4th-I've seen a lot of people complain about the pump giving out too much product but it works just fine to me.
And lastly the most important-Does it help?- Well for me, in the month I've used the product combined with a decent amount of sleep i can say that my eyes dont look as bad anymore and I'm excited to see what the future holds!

Lovely light-textured eye product. Keeps the eye area well hydrated during the day and is good for overnight, too. It doesn't cause puffiness like a lot of eye products do and is reasonably priced. I would definitely purchase again.
